Panini Kabob Grill Mission Viejo

That was my second time in a Panini Kabob location. We were warned that the hot duck food might be a little late. Our two salads, bread basket, hummus plate came fast and when our drinks arrived, our huge family-style cabob rice bowl as well as the pasta bowl was also ordered. The desserts were wonderful! (Largest piece Tiramisu, which we had ever seen! The Baklava and banana bread pudding were also delicious.

I was stuck in traffic on my way to my son's football game when I stumbled upon panini kabob. As a fan of their food, I ordered the chicken plate with a side of broccoli and a refreshing strawberry lemonade. I also tried their new hot sauce, which was delicious. The waitress who served me was fantastic - she was attentive and professional, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. I believe her name was Andrea or Adriana, but I'll have to confirm next time I visit.

If I can give more than ?????????? stars I would. when I thanked (GERARDO) for his professionalism and politeness coincidently?. two days ago I met his manager and he was very nice and welcoming and professional? (GERARDO) always approaches you with big smile and immediately seek ur attention and get you what you need fast and sufficient. He's always well dressed courteous and polite.

Yesterday I decided to to get dinner for my family and I. I ordered online so I can pickup my dinner at 5. I got there 10 min early and the staff was very friendly. They said my order wasn't ready but will be out shortly. Within 5 min my order was out. I went home and realized that it was the wrong order. I called them and they apologized a million times. I told them it's ok and it's a silly mix up. The name was the same but the last name wasn't me. When I arrived to pick up my order they apologized a million more times and said they'd do better in the future. They seemed very sympathetic and cared about how I felt. They are very hard workers and care about there customers. The food was warm and delicious. Chicken is never dry and so much flavor. Gerardo really tries his best to please the customer. I'd definitely return here. A little mistake does not define them. They strive for the best.

As a selective eater, I often struggle to find dishes I enjoy. However, I had no trouble at this restaurant. The smaller portions and unique recipes with flavorful sauces made a big difference for me.
