Saku Japan - Mission Viejo

Lousy food, lousy people. Halloween evening, the place is empty, 4 or 5 of the most unpleasant, unhappy servers I've ever come across were just standing there, doing absolutely nothing and, yet, could not crack a smile or be pleasant to a senior lady, theonly customer there. When I ordered a Bento box (order 252) and asked for ginger and wasabi, one of the waiters was quitesarcastic and acted like he was doing me a favor. The woman at the cash register sure would look prettier and less dumb lookingif she had a smile on her face. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. Would I eat here again? Of course not!

This place is one of my favorites. It's soo good. I have tried much, other than chicken teriyaki but it's delicious. I got there everytime I'm in Mission Viejo.

Used to be good but not anymore, chicken is not cook enough and sometimes it still tastes/feels raw, staff are are not providing good service, they just kept chatting to one another than to serve the customers, they're always rushing to close out even ifit's still early and they'll decline your order, not that helpful. I'm now avoiding this restaurant.

I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki they hardly put any chicken so we filled our tummies with rice and cabbage.. I?m sooo done with place, I will take my business to Panda Express! They never have sushi available and the last time we got the shrimp tempuraroll was disgusting, it was old so we threw away! I?m done done done with this place!

The food is good they just have to fix the part where The customers order with extra chicken and they don?t add the extra chicken
