Hair in taco tonight!! That’s right! I tried to tell myself it was mine, but my hair was pulled back and the hair that I pulled out came from the middle of the taco. ?Why no hair nets for employees anymore? This place used to be my go to.

Food was okay, typical for fast food. NO ONE greets you. No menu on the wall. Your order experience is touch screen only. One touch screen for everyone who wants to place an order. Clean? Oh heck no. I placed an order and waited. Five minutes later a lady walked up to the counter, set a bag down, and there you go. I'll go somewhere else.
First of all I love Taco Bell and I’m a frequent customer specially to this particular location or now was due to the lack of professionalism and respect the manager showed us today. We placed an online order through the TB app as we have done many times before. Upon our arrival I told the associate at the call box I was picking up my mobile order an mentioned my name as I’ve done plenty of times before without issue. The lady proceeded to tell me that all it said was Apple Pay for the order name and asked that I repeat my order to her which I replied with saying, that’s odd but I have an an order number maybe you can find it that way and read it to her. She again asked me to repeat what I ordered which confused me but I did so anyway in hopes she can get what she needed. The moment I stopped talking after repeating my order she hastily said to me, “come to the window and we’ll talk then”. Her tone was rude and seemed frustrated by my order or our exchange (not sure). When I got to the window she told me she couldn’t see the name of the order as she had already mentioned before and then asked me again to repeat the order which by that point was frustrating to me giving her demanding demeanor and tone. I told her I have an order number, would you plz look it up that way to ensure it good since I already said once before. She then gave me attitude again and reiterated what she had already previously said about me repeating what I ordered to her and totally disregarded what I said about the order number to her so we could look it up. Okay, mind you this lady always has bad attitude and service and has previously taken my online order and also messed them up. Every time she’s in shift she has a bad attitude with me, she’s was rude and hasty again so I felt that today was the perfect day for me to ask her, why is it that every time I come to this Taco Bell and you’re working you always have a bad attitude with me?? She looked at me as if I had said something wrong and slammed the drive through window in my face without any cause to do so. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she then started to make my order which clearly she already knew about but was just putting me through the 21 Taco Bell question ringer. I knew this right away bc she filled the two sodas we order exactly as it was placed which was 1 regular size Baja blast and 1 Large size Baja blast. Seeing this made me upset so I started to knock on the window to get her attention, she waved me off and lipped we’re making your order to me. Smh after knocking and knocking she finally came to the window and said “what do you want?!” I replied, cancel my order I don’t want you to make me anything anymore or touch my potential food. She told me she wasn’t gonna cancel it and that I had to do it through the app which we were unable to do bc the order was already marked as being processed on their end. We explained this and she still refused to help and slammed the drive through window in my face again….. Need less to say I will never visit this Taco Bell location ever again. This review is about and specifically about the short Mexican lady working today at around 3:30 pm who calls herself the store manager. You have zero customer service skills, you don’t ask the correct questions nor do you know how to speak with people the right way. Lastly, if you don’t like your job and don’t care to get better at it then quit and go somewhere else. Taco Bell, do something about this and take the time to properly train your managers.
