What a splendid little treasure tucked in one of the most inviting neighborhoods around Kansas City. The high-pitched roof of this tiny brick structure beckoned me: I had to pull over check it out.Real wood Adirondack chairs, very personable service, and a delicious latte make HiHat a legitimate destination. It is so much more than a quick stop for your daily caffeine kick.I enjoyed my morning journaling eavesdropping on easy conversation. People linger here. And how can you not? Its charm casts a spell.
It was my first time visiting hi hat, i had a wonderful experience! the employee took our order and made our drinks all while maintaining a conversation with us. i will definitely be back! flavored drinks are on the sweeter side (perfect if you have a sweet tooth) but i would recommend an extra shot of espresso for coffee lovers.Food: 5/5
Hi Hat coffee is the cutest coffee shop in the KC area. However, if you want to enjoy your coffee onsite, pick a nice day because there is no indoor seating.Located in an old gas station, the coffee shop is absolutely charming. The idyllic patio is the perfect place to enjoy a warm coffee in the fall or an iced coffee in the heat of summer. They have a wide variety of coffee flavors and several pastries to choose from. The coffee is delightful and I would highly recommend the homemade pop tart.
I absolutely adore this coffee shop!! They are always so friendly, and despite being busy they're pretty fast too!Craving a pumpkin latte in May? Hi Hat has your back. Their pastries are awesome too, but they go fast. I always try to bring friends and family that are visiting KC here. Their super cute outside seating areas make for a perfect outdoor experience. Thanks, Hi Hat, for being awesome.
