Mcdonald's - Mission

I wanted to order two Big Macs because the Chiefs received a promotional bag yesterday. However, the woman at the drive-thru refused to honor the promotion, claiming that the Chiefs hadn’t received a bag. I showed her evidence, yet she continued to argue with me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but if you're clearly in the wrong, it would be better to admit it and honor the promotion. If not, then you should remove all advertisements related to this promotion from outside the restaurant.

The machines have been out of order for over two weeks, but it’s McDonald's, so what can you really expect? It seems they don’t take the time to maintain their machines to keep them working properly.

This restaurant is incredibly unclean! The beverage carriers they use have a terrible smell that reminds me of rotten garbage. I've mentioned this multiple times, and I refuse to use their carriers. The food is often disappointing as well—overcooked, burnt, and poorly prepared. I definitely do not recommend this place.

McDonald's fast food, what can you say? The staff was very efficient... Five stars for the staff.

Clean restaurant, but staff wasn't very friendly. Lady at the counter taking our order did not display good customer service. Too bad I didn't get her name. Older Caucasian woman with short, curly hair wearing a purple shirt. She did not ask me what size I wanted my order. She did not ask me if I wanted cream sugar for my coffee. She did not ask me if I wanted condiments for for food. I usually don't have issues with this location.
