Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience at Taco Palenque in Palmhurst. The customer service was the worst I've encountered, and there always seems to be an issue with either the menu or the prices. As a long-time customer, I've always enjoyed their food, but lately, I've faced problems such as receiving cold food and discrepancies in prices listed on the menu. The most frustrating part is that there seems to be no manager present to address these issues. When I asked to speak with one, I was told there was never anyone available. I believe there should be someone responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring customers are taken care of. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this Taco Palenque location, as I am completely disappointed.
We went through the drive thru. We had to park for our order, but they didn't last long. The food was delicious. We ordered the panchitos and a taco. Definitely recommend this position.
Update: Things have taken a BIG turn. I have always enjoyed Taco P., now it does not taste as good anymore. The tortillas had an odd smell to them, which smelled like paper, or a wooden smell, the Pirata had no flavor other than the paper taste, and the tortillas were burned/ cremated? obviously whoever put the taco together tried to hide it. The ponchos honestly sucked. Overpriced and garbage! I did order from here the other day, which was breakfast. the tortillas were undercooked. I asked for corn tortillas and they were raw. All I see is the same generated copy paste from the owner, we are sorry and leave a feedback review. (Don?t order here)
Purchased a taco pirata with no cheese. It came with two pieces of fajita and the taco was $7. Prices are ridiculous and I guess so is the food. Never again. You?re better off going to el pato where the tacos are less expensive and you get a lot more meat
While I was placing my order at the drive-thru, I noticed that the staff were preparing food, and one of the employees was not wearing gloves. He handled all the tortillas with his bare hands, which is concerning. I would expect them to follow proper hygiene practices. It's hard to know what he might have touched before grabbing the tortillas to make the tacos.
