I've had terrible experiences with the curbside service. In just the last week, I've had to wait over 25 minutes for my orders on two separate visits. By the time I finally received the food, it was cold and soggy, and the staff seemed irritated when I requested a remake. The management at this location is poor, and the staff doesn't seem to help the situation.
The food here is excellent! The only downside is that the French fries are often served cold. However, when the district manager or the restaurant manager is present, everything comes out nice and hot.
I've been a loyal fan of Whataburger for as long as I can remember, but I recently noticed a decline in the quality of the food. This seems to be a trend across most of the Whataburger locations in the area. Could this be due to the fact that the company is now part of another corporation? The issue I've encountered is that the burgers are often served cold, even when we specifically request toasted buns. Additionally, the cheese is still cold and hasn't melted.
The food was somewhat disappointing, and it seems they need to pay more attention to their well drinks, as they are often flat. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
