I do wish the potatoes were cut into smaller, crispier pieces—they were on the larger side and could have benefited from a longer roasting time. I really appreciated that the kofta was made fresh and not frozen; you can definitely taste the difference in the texture of the meat. And I absolutely loved the hummus! Normally, I'm not a big fan of hummus, especially when it comes from a store-bought container, but this spread tasted homemade. The seasoning was perfect—simply delicious! I ordered the mixed plate for $10.99, which included beef/chicken shawarma, while my friend had the kofta for $9.99. Both hot plates came with a small side of fattoush salad, fried potatoes, and rice topped with white garlic sauce and spice. We had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for our food. As soon as my friend ordered the kofta, the person behind the counter promptly informed us that it would take about 10 minutes for that special dish.
This place is fantastic for dining! I can't believe these young people can manage to offer a shawarma dish for just $3.99. It's excellent and truly a remarkable value. I highly recommend it!
