I absolutely love their fries! I'm also thrilled that they offer a variety of sides beyond just fries, like salads and onion rings. I used their mobile app to place an order and then drove through to pick it up. The service was quick, and my order was ready when I arrived. The beef patty was incredibly soft too! Overall, it’s definitely worth the money.

One minor inconvenience is that the fountain drinks are not self-service; they are located behind the counter, so you need to inform the staff of your choice when you place your order. However, you can request a refill if needed. Another issue is that the designated parking for Harvey’s is quite limited and can be tight. Occasionally, a food delivery truck may block a significant portion of the parking lot, which can be frustrating, especially if you parked closer to the building. Fortunately, there is additional parking available on the other side of the building.

Always a nice experience coming to this location especially drive thru. Staff is very respectful and orders don’t take too long.

The staff are always friendly, and it's clear that they work together seamlessly. Even the management gets in the trenches alongside their employees, which is really commendable as a manager myself. The food is great, there's plenty of parking available, and the service is fast.
