Kanda Sushi Japanese Buffet

Been there several times but the last two visits have been just a horrible waste of money. Waitresses ignore the table,,,we cleaned dirty dishes ourselves and the service was terrible, cold food and orders taling 30 minutes to come out with only 13 customers in restaurant and 3 waitresses...We will not be returning and they don't care...rude and lazy

I came here with my wife on saturday night. There were not many customers but the service was extremely slow. The waitress were rude and only knew the words OK. The foods are just average. I would not ever come back. Waisting money and time.

Nice buffet which server serve for you . not that ever so often you need get up and get food on your plate , I was impressed with I PAD MENU CARD,

Kanda is an average place to enjoy an average meal. I would have preferred the Sashimi to be much fresher. The service was quite good. The cost was reasonable.

I must be a devil for punishment as I like Sushi so much but this is my second time this month that I have been let down by Staff at a Sushi Restaurant. I always noticed how nice & friendly Asian people are, until I go to restaurants like this. Only one of the staff was friendly but only for a moment, The rest were cold as ice. I entered the restaurant to be waved to a table in the corner as I was by myself to go & sit. I was almost tempted to leave but I was hungry & wanted Sushi. You feel like a number in a time clock…..sit, order, eat, pay, leave and that about sums it up. What is going on in the restaurant industry in Canada? Have people lost their sense of making people feel welcomed. What ever happened to Smiles? It’s bad enough that I have to eat alone out but when you feel like you are not wanted in a place, its tougher. Or do these staff get sick of the people that show up & eat their faces off for the unlimited price but forget that not everyone is like that. On a positive note, the food is excellent & they have the ipads to order from, so it makes life easy to remember what you have ordered. Whatever happened to the happy Asian people that I come across outside Sushi restaurants? Come on team Kanda, Smile & make people feel welcome!
