This has been the worst Asian meal I have tried super salty general chicken, impossible to eat

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lemon Grass, a Chinese restaurant that I cannot recommend highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was perfect.The restaurant's interior was tastefully decorated with traditional Chinese elements, which added to the overall ambiance of the space. While the seating arrangements were tight, the atmosphere was cozy and intimate, making it a great place to catch up with friends or have a romantic date night.Now, let's talk about the food. Good God the food was simply outstanding. I was blown away by the quality and flavor of every dish that I tried. The menu featured a wide selection of classic Chinese dishes.The dishes were all beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I found myself savoring each and every bite. What's more, the prices were incredibly reasonable, making it an affordable option for anyone looking for delicious Chinese food.In conclusion, Lemon Grass is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious Chinese food and exceptional customer service. While the seating arrangements may be tight, the food and atmosphere more than make up for it. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

My bf called Karen on Saturday at 11:15am and made an order for pick up on Sunday at 11:30am. He forgot to add an extra dish so we called her at 2:30pm. This is how it went:Karen: Hi are you on your way to pick up your order?BF: No I wanted to edit my order.Karen: You said you would be here in half an hour.BF: No I called for tomorrow at 11:30am.Karen: Okay I will cancel your order, goodbye!She hung up on us and didn’t even attempt to clarify things. We don’t understand why she would assume we would pick up on the same day we made the order when they say to make an order 1 day prior. Also, Karen didn’t ask for our name or phone number to confirm what our order was.Short story, we ended up ordering from Mandarin instead and spoke to Dennis who was amazing. I will never order from her again #boycottKaren

RUDE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We’ve been customers for almost 2 decades. The owner Karen was always kind polite. She told me I was too slow in ordering and said to use complete sentences. I asked her if she was ok because she clearly was not her usual self. She responds with, “We are very busy and you have to order faster.” After reading the recent reviews, sounds like Karen is not well. Either take a break or pass the torch girl! You’ve had enough and you’re taking it out on the customers . It was a good stretch with Lemongrass but thanks to your awful customer service we now will take our hard earned money elsewhere and upgrade! LATER!

We ordered via Uber Eats and it was such a wonderfully surprising find! Note: Uber prices are about 20-30% higher than in-store prices $12 versus $9-$10 .The food was very delicious, portions are generous and even though we have no comments about the customer service so many complaints here about the cashier? , I must say that our order was packed beautifully and with many smilie stickers. The order was also delivered with a pack of condiments and lollipop.The giant shrimp and minced pork was delicious. So was the garlic honey pork ribs. Our favourite though was the fried fish filet with tofu. Looking forward to ordering here again with a good Uber coupon, otherwise it’s far too costly versus the in-person prices. Unless it’s an upcharge in order to avoid the checkout Karen LOL
