The overall food was tasty, although it was a bit on the pricier side. It's a good value for your money overall, just be careful not to fill up on the bread as some dishes are quite large. The service was good and the staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this restaurant. - Dee M. Toronto, ON
On a recent Monday morning, our party of four arrived at the restaurant and went through the Kovid-19 vaccination verification and photo ID process before being seated at a table with a view of the bakery in the back of the restaurant. We ordered a variety of dishes, including two lamb kebabs and a chicken dish with sides of saffron rice (priced at about $20 each), as well as a chicken Shima sandwich (priced at about $10) which two of us shared. We were also served freshly baked bread. The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent.
An hour to get food. Food was oily and not well cooked and I found hair in food. I ordered Kababab and Lahmacun and it had a bad taste. Service I've ever experienced. Go.
This restaurant serves the best Arabic food in Canada. I have sampled many other Arab food establishments, but this one stands out as superior. Highly recommended.
I would give this restaurant a zero in terms of customer service. The waitresses are students, inexperienced and unwelcoming. The owner didn’t even acknowledge our presence and no greeting from him while walking in or when leaving. Before even you take a seat, the owner...said to us you have only 1.5 hours to eat and leave and the food took 25 minutes to be served!!! The food was decent but portion was unreasonable. Example: a bowl of French fries containing maximum 15 fries for $4.99 plus tax. On top of that, we ate on side plates!!
