Burger King - Missoula

They closed the door behind me, and I found myself waiting for my order after my nutritional advisor finished in the restroom. I glanced at the other patrons, feeling a bit lost and unsure of why I was there as they fiddled with the door handle. That's one of the things I find amusing about doors. Eventually, I had to step in to break up a little scuffle, but in the end, I left empty-handed.

Even though the restaurant was short-staffed and the service was a bit slower than usual, the fries were fresh and hot, and my Whopper was perfect, complete with the cheese I had been craving! Great job to the entire team! Thank you!

Tonight at 17 o'clock for the trip. the restaurant was clean. server was friendly and helpful. the impossible hepper with cheese, fry and dessert the hershey ordered. I had only waited 5 minutes for my order. the hepper and the pommes were delicious. only gave 4 stars, because that was dessert from hershey granular and was tasteful. I'm trying to see the apple cake next time.

Sat in the drive through for 5 minutes with no one else in line, then when I finally got my order they forgot straws, which is typically fine, but also forgot 2 entire sandwiches. Unbelievable.

Very poor experience. This was what they served me, underneath all of the mayonnaise and lettuce. You would have to knowingly put it together that way and be okay with serving it to someone. When I asked them if they could remake my order, they told me they could not, and that I would just have to take all of the rest of my food home cold. The crew and the management act like they do not care about their jobs, despite the fact that I was very polite. With that kind of attitude, I would not eat nor spend any money there for fear of being served something unsafe, or unfit for eating. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE EAST BROADWAY LOCATION IN MISSOULA!
