Noodle Express - Missoula

Walked in and the lady at the counter was very rude. (Older lady with glasses) the rest of the employees were younger, and very polite! The older lady had two different drinks sitting there in front of her. Ordered my food and she picked up a cup and started to take a drink when I gave her a wow look. I was also told that I didn’t qualify for the rewards if I was eating out…. You should get the rewards no matter what with the prices of your bowls now… wow!! Customer service was awful, tables dirty and nothing stocked. Only one bathroom that said Men/Women, when my young daughter needed to use the bathroom a gentlemen walked in on us. What a great experience for my daughter and I.

Order was only a few minute late and the service was a bit goofy…. Egg rolls were edible. My beef broccoli teriyaki wasn’t all that great.

Food was good but when my food was done the people in the kitchen hit the sevice bell like 10 times over 5 minutes, and one of them walked over and told the 3 girls supposedly working the front of house there was food to run, bit they just sat there on there phone then 2 of them l walked by my food and didnt run it to me, and i was the only person there. I ended up having to get it myself. I wish you didnt have to pay before hand so i could of not tipped since i had to do theyre job myself.

The fryer wasn't hot enough for the egg rolls to crispin and cook it left them soggy greasy. Pot stickers were great.There was a nice medley of veggies and chicken. I was hoping for the yakisoba noodles sauce would be more than teriyaki. Parking: 10+ Wheelchair accessibility: Spots closest to the doors, and flat entry into the facility.

I’ve been eating here since I was literally a child. I’ve spent almost 20 years eating chicken Osaka. It is one of my favorite foods on the planet. One of the best restaurants in Missoula. And the food always comes out really fast!
