Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Missoula

Went here last week. Service was excellent but it's not really comparable to Popeyes' in the southern states according to my partner who lives in Florida. Still decent food, but it could be better!

Traveling out of state and ordered the large tender family box and a chicken sandwich for my husband and two kids. We love Popeyes. It took 30 minutes to get it. The tenders were half the size from other Popeyes, not impressive for the same price. No tea or lemonade. We got back to the motel and didn't have the chicken sandwich, so back again for another 30 minutes. About 5 people working one male sitting outside smoking with a female that didn't work there. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes waiting.

Food is fantastic and drive-through staff is wonderful, quick, fun, and funny. However, this locations loses 2 stars because of it its lobby staff, for the 3rd time, either personal or waiting for a driver pickup order, the one employee running those orders has ignored several people walk in, and back out. Stand around and space out the drive through window, take customers out of order, and toss sauce packets around mid order making. Waiting 15-20 minutes and beyond for a pickup order is unacceptable for the above reasons.

An absolute s show. I'm here at 5:45p. Most of the soda varieties available in the universal dispenser are empty. There's only one choice for anything sugar-free, and is suspensing water instead of tea. I upgraded my drink to a large drink, only to find out they don't have large cups (after paying, of course). 5 minutes after ordering spicy chicken, they inform me that the spicy chicken won't be ready for almost 15 minutes. I should say that the dining room was exceptionally clean, which is a good thing, because it's 6:00 on a Wednesday night, I'm the only one here, and I'm the only one that's been here since I walked in the door. The chicken and rice was also hot and fresh, and actually pretty good.

Lazy Staff. Sat in line (3 cars) for 40 minutes for a order I put in online. I also do door dash. Workers move slow. No ambition to speed up the process. This place needs to hire new people. Ones who can actually work in a fast pace environment. Would highly recommend just going to KFC. Save your time. Seriously. It is quite ridiculous.
