I ordered two signature sandwiches from here. they had no speck, no pfeffer corn sauce, no avocado spread, no shredded cheese and no more grain bread for my sandwiches. then they had the nerve to charge me the full price. this is the second time that this happened and I'm done. I pay $17 for incomplete sandwiches.
Short personal and it shows how her personal is burned out and not about friendly and not friendly. eating was good, but customer service ruined esfood: 5/5
I write this review for an older gal there. I was just too turbulent, but she had been there all day, 6:30-6:30 a.m. and said everyone called. she had a line of about 8, was friendly, fast, had a clean area, the line full on camp, her hands washed after each registration transaction. I'm not sure who she is, but she was phenomenal and deserves a raise and a gift card! also here and older women:
Missoula's worst subway. I wouldn't waste any money here. the curv haired older gal is so incredibly rude, ineptic and complaining that it is difficult to spend money here. she boasted that she was never fired because the owner didn't care how rude she was for customers. ****, we'll let someone like this represent them. she spent more time complaining and speaking out to us than it would have taken to make our food. child-friendly: not child-friendly - they complained long that too many children come here every day.
If you want to hear complaints about how rough life is at subway, how they're understaffed, and how inconvenient it is that customers are arriving- this is the place for you! In the few times I've been there, the service is slow, incompetent, and complaining to customers. Owners should fire them all and start over.Food: 1/5
