Jersey Mike's Subs - Missouri City

The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious.

I ordered from Jersey Mike's (Highway 6 location) and never received my food. I received a text saying my order was delivered, but nothing showed up. When I called the restaurant, I was told I needed to contact the delivery service to sort out the missing order. To make matters worse, they don't actually use DoorDash, as their online app indicates. I expected them to simply resend my original order since they have the receipts for all online transactions. Instead, they suggested I pay for a new order and wait to be reimbursed for the one that never arrived. While I understand Jersey Mike's isn't a fine dining establishment, I don’t think that should justify subpar customer service.

I would recommend avoiding the portobello sandwich. It's misleading, as they use canned button mushrooms instead of fresh ones. The service is slow, and they were out of condiments.

Staff was very friendly. Jersey Mikes is My wife's go to when We're out and about. The food was exactly what We expected.
