Arby's - Missouri

Avoid if your delivery service. Doors are locked for two years now and you got to Wait in Line. Late on delivery is Deactivated! No washing your hands if your traveling

This location is the worst when it comes to door dash. They put in the wrong sides or don’t put the correct amount that you pay for. No napkins or sauce. Just very dissatisfied with this service. It really can’t be that hard. The mozzarella sticks is supposed to be a 6 pc and the jalapeño bits is supposed to be a 8 pc. I only got 5 on both.

So we were going to go to Arby's and pick up dinner on our way home, the one where we live burned down so it's been a minute since we have had it. The drive thru line was not moving at all…and as we are sitting there waiting to order, patiently....some employee keeps cracking the back door and talking in a weird voice, I won't even get into what was being said, instead of working and helping the customers. Great place to order from, managers are always nice even though I can tell they are overworked. they've explained staffing issues but I don't mind waiting a little longer for fresh food. Keep it up guys, hope you get new workers soon.

Terrible service…unprofessional staff…doors are always locked after 6pm store constantly closed regardless of posted hours. I know everywhere in world is short staffed but that’s just not the issue here.
