Service was 100% amazing! And the burger I had was also pretty good. This is my personal preference, I’m not a big fan of the big noisy atmosphere with screens brightly shining all over the place. But I understand that the vibe just giving you a heads up if you want a little conversation time with a friend or a date this is not the place.
The following is our most recent experience from the Mid-Rivers Mall drive Buffalo Wild Wings. Our food order arrived completely incorrect. We called and spoke to the manager who assured us they would replace the order in the future. We were instructed to call in and they would gladly replace our order. At a later time. I would actually like to give no stars. Went there at 230pm. They had atleast 15 empty tables cleaned off. And was told we would have to wait 5—10 minutes for a clean table. After watching several workers just walking around, chatting and playing on their phones while we waited for 15 minutes. We finally left as I told the person working the front table how lazy and poor the customer service is at this location. The workers on staff today should all be ashamed of themselves. Service was soooooooooo slow 35 minutes to get chips and salsa. At 3pm this place was dead so definitely not busy.
