Called ahead before placing the order to see if they can make a cake out of vegan donut and put happy birthday on it. Essentially the same thing as making a cake out of cupcakes but instead of cupcake use donuts. Was assured on the phone that they can do it and that to submit my request online. Submitted my request to be met with Ashley a person who acted like I was asking to reinvent the wheel. My daughter is vegan, my wife is lactose intolerant. We ordered blueberry muffin, chocolate chip muffin and a pizza kolache. Outstanding.

I ordered a very small cake for my husband's birthday on Thursday. I was told they would call me if they could not accommodate me. Having not received a call, on Saturday I drove an hour to pick it up only to be told they weren't able to make it.

I’m super sad that this wonderful bakery is so short staffed. The lone barista today was working his butt off to get everyone taken care of and today is apparently temporarily their last day until they can get more people hired.: . He was so apologetic for the short wait that I had, all I could do was assure him that he was a rockstar and I made sure to tip really really high!
