St. Louis Bread Co. - Missouri

Dont ask to purchase a banana for with breakfast, even though its on the menu. They “dont sell them”, even though they can be seen on the half wall in the kitchen.

I came into the South County Center location for a toasted bagel and waited over 15 minutes. The cashier who took my order wrote my name down as Ricky instead of BRITTNEY. So when the order came up, naturally I didn’t respond because that’s not my name. This same cashier called the name herself and walked past me several times. Panera started as a cozy coffee shop with good food. A place to relax with friends. The aptmosphere of the I—55 Lindberg store is different from other Panera restaurants. The decor is more like a fast food restaurant and is no longer inviting. Small dining area with uncomfortable chairs. I guess they just want people to drive though or carry out. I ordered breakfast. The soufflé was barely warm and I did not notice a microwave to warm it up. I notified the staff they were out of decaf coffee. 1 … – show

New location is terrible. Lady taking the orders forgot multiple customers bakery items, I guess because she assumed they would be given with the sandwiches that were order. As we sat and ate, I noticed people come in to sit down and eat, but end up leaving because there’s no where to sit. Bring back the old bread co atmosphere with updated seating. Also no microwave

No seating at all. This is smaller than the original locating.
