Don't waste your time order from here if the app would allow me to give negative stars that would be a negative ten managers are an absolute joke can figure out how to handle and schedule for busy events Incompetent at its finest.Rude staff slow lack of concern no customer service .he canceled an $80 and told me to go to Pizza Hut funny thing was there was no pizza ordered. The football game that was why they were so busy was over 2 hours before I placed the order. I called 40 minutes later order was placed to be told it would be another 1hr and 40 minutes before it would started.This is only a Mitchell issue we got good fast delivery in Sioux Falls with a large dart tournament going on .

Has gone considerably downhill in the last few years, I was in there a while back to pick up an order which was marked as completed in the app. When I arrived the team hadn't even put it in the oven. I waited for my order for 45 minutes (check the footage before you come after me, they got cameras in the lobby). I would've been perfectly content with just waiting but what pushed me over the edge was the employee ANNOUNCING TO THE WHOLE KITCHEN that they HAD NOT WASHED THEIR HANDS since they started their shift SIX. HOURS. AGO. Fr almost threw up in my mouth and this was a spiritual awakening for me. I do not eat out at all anymore. Thank you dominos, but FFS you had the nostalgia supporting you for so long.

Interesting crew and a little outdated facilities but food was good and staff was friendly

I ordered a large pizza in store was told about 15 minutes. I come back in and nobody is in the kitchen. There are 2 pizzas and other things falling out of the oven into a basket and i’m calling for someone and this girl walks around on the phone, just not listening to me. I tell her that stuff fell out and she just goes “is this your order?” She said she was sorry and that she would remake it and i was given a free coke. There was relatively loud music too which is fine but when there’s a customer in the store i would turn it down slightly. I’m a pretty patient person but dang.
