Feedback gevenThe restaurant from the hotelpost in mittewald is a very good address for me when my way leads me to southern Germany. whether carpaccio from the barking or table top everything that comes from the kitchen is great. not forget the legendary postler carving with delicious roast potatoes. Here they get a real countervalue for their euro.
Was this year alone for a few days there. I have been received very friendly with backpack and hiking clothes. prices for single rooms are quite cheap for a 4-star house. room totally in order. breakfast absolutely perfect. again
Dinner on 21.10.2020, 18:30 o'clock: for us it is not understandable that they can be satisfied with eating here! we wanted to finish a nice day with a good meal. the locals were demanding and well visited from outside. we were surprised that the waiter asked about our order without presenting a menu. on our question after a card we got a drink card so that we could order at least one beer that tasted excellent! on our question after a menu, we have a Dina4 print and ordered pork fillet with cream mushroom sauce and cheese and ochsengoulasch with roasted knödeln. to the pork fillet: panted carvings? mushrooms from the dosis? fade (tasteless) cheese puffs sauce with chocolated soßenbinder without deko, sweet dress! to the ochsengulasch: meat not bad, partly rugged souce mmelknödelreste paniert! without further deco. instead of the black filets we ordered forellenfilet: dry, heated in the microwave! ... the positive: the spent snapshots, due to our complaining and the beer.
Old Bavarian, cozy environment with excellent kitchen and friendly staff. room to house and family. very child-friendly house with a good value for money. always good!
Very beautiful is the main road from the middle of the forest, with many painted houses, whose furiously stands out. in the former postage, today a comfortable guest house with old arches, a lot of atmosphere and a comfortably equipped hotel, we have eaten quite exquisite evening. Here you can choose from a very rich menu, for every taste something is there. Excellent fish specialities also an extra map for the Bavarian wet house tradition: from Bavarian leberkas over freshly brewed porridges with caraway beers sauce and kartoffel dumplings or crispy swaying sauce with caraway beers sauce, apfelstumpf and sem.
