Vegan Xpress - Mitzpe Ramon

In an incomprehensible but excellent decision we decided to sail for a one-day trip in the region mitzpe ramon. We came to the vegan xpress at noon, about which we had heard a lot. what can I tell them it was wonderful (especially the Brat-Rind sandwich that proudly compete on the best titles in the country) so we decided for the night in the soul vegan vibes hotel where the restaurant is located.

If they are in the opposite, they must visit this place. tiny family restaurant, only 3 tables outdoors. we ordered with whatsapp: mushroom burger with speck and almond-Cochdar cheese, roast beef sandwich and vegetable salad. owners send them the menu in Hebrew and English, they write their order back and in 15-30 minutes it is ready. just cash! it was delicious. I'm quite picky about vegan burger and cheese, but my oh my, this burger was one of the best I had. the taste, the texture, the presentation 10/10! so tasteful and beautiful roast bark sandwich was also very delicious. in any case will be again next time in mitzpe ramon.

I ate a lot of vegan burgers in many different countries and many of them taste fantastic, but I can say that this is definitely one of the best and the definition of a real burger. I speak of the homemade king of the house, it is excellent.
