The reservation I made was for the suite, while the staff due to irresponsibility reserved standard room and the only answer they gave after we got there was we don 't have anything to do now, either the standard or nothing because the suites are booked . The room did not include all the facilities that were written on the reservation page and also the staff was not so hospitable. Never go there again

It was wonderful I really enjoyed my time in the hotel in the sauna the food the service and the personal was very kind. Congrats

Comfortable, warm and relaxing. the staff is very friendly, caring and helps in all matters around the clock. the room is spacious, very warm, the beds are soft, there is water 0.5 per person. the relaxation area is wonderful. warm pool, hot jacuzzi, there is a shower nearby to wash off the foam from the jacuzzi. 2 types of sauna are also great. the massage was done by Miki from the Philippines a great professional in her field. according to my wishes they combined a Swiss massage with hot stones. breakfasts are delicious, the selection is sufficient. central heating it is impossible to reduce it in the room. so they opened the window, but it was noisy from cars. does not have a safe, as indicated in the booking description but it is unnecessary in this hotel

Very comfortable stay with clean and modern rooms. breakfast was delicious! Spa services are great. Staff is very nice! Only point to mention is that it should be allowed to walk in the bathrobe from the room to the spa area.

AMAZING SERVICE AND STAFF. I stayed at this Hotel for six nights in September 2022. What an amazing hotel, I was greeted with such kindness and this continued throughout my stay. The room was fantastic, clean, modern, and spacious. I can’t complain about anything. The restaurant was fantastic with a beautiful view. Spa is one of the best Luxury Spa in Tirana. All of the Hotel staff were amazing specially Erjona.
