A cool location with delicious vegan food. The portion wasn't very big, but that may have been because I was very hungry after a day in the national park : We were definitely very happy about the purely vegan option in Moab. We would come again. I love Moab Kitchen. It's hard to find quality vegan food in Moab. The ambiance is very relaxing. Their menu changes often, but you can usually find a current one on their IG page. They ask people to pay what they can for their meal which is awesome. If you do pay full price though, it's pretty expensive. They're only open 3 or 4 days a week and at different times, so check that they're open before you go. Dog friendly spot too! They even have a little water bowl for pups to use.
