Zydeco's Cajun Kitchen Food Truck

The Voodoo rolls are AMAZING! I will definitely be getting food again, especially when they make it back to Jefferson City!

Tried the Po' Boy, half fried shrimp and half fried catfish. Everything tasted really fresh. The shrimp and catfish were cooked perfectly, very tender and not rubbery at all. The remoulade is the sauce of my dreams, so tangy and amazing! Will definitely be watching for when this food truck is back in town!

Had their food at Cooper's Landing Saturday night. It was great!!

Cajun Potato Soup fantastic...loaded with andouille sausage, ham, and the perfect amount of kick!

I 'm a big food truck fan and had been wanting to try Zydeco 's for a while now, I was not disappointed! We caught them at Cooper 's Landing, a bit late as they were selling out, but got a Swamp Platter with Cajun fries. Excellent all the way around. Fun Friendly service, food was hot and delicious. Authentic Cajun seasoning. My son described the catfish as light and fluffy with the perfect spicy coating . The Kickin’ Fried Shrimp was perfect. They were out of the bang-bang sauce and voodoo rolls, but they sound amazing and I will be back for them, along with the rest of their menu.
