Chick-fil-a - Mobile

I had an amazing experience this morning. A young lady came over to speak with me, and she had such a positive attitude. She seemed a bit new and clearly overwhelmed, but I felt she truly deserved a five-star rating. Not only was she incredibly charming, but she also didn’t hesitate to ask for help when needed and communicated clearly about what was happening. Additionally, her team was great, stepping in to take my order and giving her the space she needed to handle everything.

I usually order the deluxe sandwich without cheese and pickles, and on April 28, 2021, I tried the hash brown dish with grilled chicken. I absolutely loved it—the combination of flavors was fantastic and created a great experience. The only thing I would suggest is that the coffee could be a bit stronger, but that's just my personal preference since I'm not fond of overly sweet drinks. Overall, everything was really good. On April 13 and April 9, 2021, my meals were perfect. However, on April 7, 2021, I found a small bone in my chicken. Despite that, the taste and everything else was still perfect. On April 5, 2021, my sandwich was also spot-on. My only complaint was that I paid $5.50 for a gallon of unsweetened tea, but they accidentally gave me sweet tea instead.

Chick-fil-A is absolutely fantastic! The staff are consistently wonderful and truly enhance the experience of every visit. They make sure to provide excellent service! I can't wait to come back!

Whoever owns/manages these restaurants should run for president. this country would be better than it ever was. the most friendly, efficient, Christian, productive and pleasant almost food restaurant by far. seriously. for the next choice.

We love Chick-fil-A, but not all locations are the same. We do drive-thru at this location a lot. Very fast! Really delicious and people standing at the drive-thru and taking your orders are very friendly! Thumbs up to the management of this location and always enjoy the smiling faces of the people who work there that I see in May be 5 minutes. It feels nice in our very busy lives!
