This restaurant is quite inconsistent. Some visits are great, while others aren’t. I've noticed they use old oil, which negatively affects the food quality. For instance, my lemon pepper wings were fried in old grease, and they were really unappetizing. Plus, they have a strict no-refund policy, which is frustrating.

This is a fantastic spot for lunch! They offer the most affordable Chinese lunch buffet in town, and everything on the menu is delicious.

I actually enjoy their Chinese food! I had a terrible experience with Chinese cuisine some time ago in New Orleans, which put me off it for a while. However, I will make an exception for China Chef! I especially love their shrimp fried rice, Hunan chicken, and Kung Pao chicken. Their egg rolls are the best as well!
