Church's Chicken - Mobile

I don’t mind spending money on food, especially when it’s good, but today I felt like I wasted my money. I ordered a 10-piece mixed meal, but since I don’t like dark meat, I asked if I could have all white meat and just pay the difference. I was told no, so I decided to go ahead and get the mixed meal anyway. Unfortunately, the chicken was incredibly hard and dry, and it tasted terrible, as if it had been fried in old grease. Even the mashed potatoes were dry. To top it off, the customer service was dreadful.

I wouldn't recommend spending your time or money at this restaurant. I've never waited less than 20 minutes, and I consistently receive the wrong orders. Today, they were out of coleslaw, sandwiches, and chicken tenders. We didn't receive the biscuits, okra, or jalapeño poppers we ordered, and the mac and cheese was runny and mostly just cheese.

Take heed of the one-star reviews; this place is truly disappointing. I waited in line for nearly an hour only to be informed that my online order hadn't gone through, even though I had already been charged. Absolutely terrible. Prices have increased, but the quality of service has plummeted. The staff seems indifferent and unhelpful. Additionally, it's drive-thru only, so you can't just walk in to collect your mobile order. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

All I wanted was a side of Mac and Chesse, which they did not have again. It's terrible enough that the drive thru is the only source of service here......But now I'm stuck in this drive thru line....without my Mac CHEESE. #secondtimethishappened

First all, the receipt does not have the store number printed on it. Secondly, when I pulled up the the window I ask the cashier who was super nice if the chicken was old which that's what I have been getting lately. He said no.
