Church's Chicken - Mobile

This is honest with one of the more professional Church's Chickens. Every time I come here, they definitely know protocol, they are organized when there is a long line, they tell you to wait near the neighboring parking lot, they are quite accurate with the time frame of waiting. Because I have to get out of the doctorate too late after 20:00, sometimes if I really want the chicken of the church, I understand what they have, what I can get. Recently, one of their younger employees was super amazing to say sad for waiting (I was the last one waiting on the parking lot and it was already over closing time, but I was okay with it because I could only come too late from the class), and they left me apple cake and pepper that I had not ordered but they wanted to give it. Such great people.

I'm going to Grubhub. Every time I come to the churches on the hut hill, there is an extremely long waiting period. I'm moving to the loudspeaker and there's only one car in the driveway and the guy's telling me to keep. After a few minutes, the guy goes to take my order and I tell him I'm picking up an order with GrubHub and I?m and he acts like he doesn't know what I'm talking about. So I'll say it again. And then he tells me I'm going past the window and park next to the two cars they've already been waiting for. And that's 11:00? Not even busy in the morning. So now? I have to wait. The dining room is never open, which makes no sense. Covid's over, you can open up now. The last time I came when the lady greeted me for the loudspeaker she didn't even greet me, she said it's gonna wait 15 minutes for chicken because I didn't have a chicken ready. And I had to wait over 30 minutes. I don't know how this place works like that, and I can stay in business. Something must be done in this place, because it has terrible service and what I? ve in the other reviews read it is terrible food.

Went there around 7pm on a Tuesday. Was told there was no chicken and it would be 30 minutes because they just dropped some. I waited in the parking lot for exactly 30 minutes and pulled back in the drive through to be told the EXACT same thing. I stated that I was here exactly 30 minutes ago and was told that and the lady rudely stated ?I don?t know what to tell you. It?s going to be another 30 minutes.? I asked why she lied the first time I was in the drive through and she was rude and asked if we wanted anything else instead. I came to churches CHICKEN to get chicken. So they basically the workers were lying to everyone about cooking chicken when they just did not want to cook anything. I?ve never left a Google review on anything in my life but this really was a different level of ridiculous.

Tried the new smoked chicken dish and it did not taste good. It was too dried out and the smoke taste was too strong. My wife said it tasted like propane gas. Don't know if it was the way the chicken is treated for that taste or that the chicken had sat in a heated cabinet made it taste that way. Either way we will not order that again.
