The service at this establishment is horrible. We had 8 pm reservations and waited for food until 9:45 pm. I speaking with the manager, he reminded us that though we arrived at 8 pm, we didn't order at 8 pm. The food arrived lukewarm and charred. I WILL NOT return to this establishment.

I absolutely adored the atmosphere, the food, and the service at this restaurant. It is definitely worth the one-hour drive from Pensacola and is truly something special that you will want to tell your friends and family about!

I visited this restaurant in the summer and had a fantastic experience. Knowing I would be back in October for a conference, I was eager to return. When I arrived at 5:30 without a reservation, the manager informed me that I could either sit at the bar or at a 2-person table, but the table had a reservation for 7. Despite the early hour, it seemed like the staff was concerned about seating us. The food was average at best. We ordered fried green tomatoes and requested them plain with the sauce on the side. Unfortunately, the tomatoes were thickly sliced and the batter was bland. There was also fried mozzarella between the tomato slices. The sauce served with the tomatoes was subpar. My Caesar salad with grilled shrimp was decent, but my coworker's Caesar with blackened chicken was tasty. We both enjoyed our sweet tea, but the mashed potatoes we ordered as a side were disappointing. The service was mediocre, and overall, we left feeling unsatisfied. I doubt I will give this restaurant another try in the future.

We had an excellent experience at DUMBWAITER with their Mega pork chops. The wait staff was fantastic and the dessert was also delicious. It was definitely a great pit stop for me and my family. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, with a rating of 5 for each category. The price per person for dinner was between $30 and $50.

Overall, this restaurant offers a top-notch dining experience with excellent food, impeccable service, and a great atmosphere. Be sure to try their delicious Mashed Potatoes and Bread Pudding!
