I would give this place negative stars if I could. I picked up a late-night online order, and the only employee working was completely overwhelmed - which is understandable. However, she was also incredibly rude. After waiting in the drive-thru line for over 45 minutes, I finally reached the window, only to hear her loudly complain about how busy the store was. To be fair, she was managing to get everything done, but her attitude and the delays made for a frustrating experience. The management really needs to either schedule at least one more employee during the overnight shift to handle the late-night rush or reconsider their operating hours when they don’t have enough staff.

The staff is great wonderful and understands customer service and knows what they?re doing. Just like to say thanks And good job

I really love Krystals and always have, but I don’t eat there often. It’s hard to justify paying such outrageous prices for fast food. That said, I have to admit that the food at this location is consistently fresh and hot. No complaints there!

The place needs to be updated, the carpet has to be 20 years old. There is no one cleaning the tables almost everyone of them were dirty ! I ordered 4 Krystal and medium drink, got 5 cheese crystals half put together my 5 year old could have done a better job. They had no taste I thought I was getting Covid-19 again. The people that work there are nice but the food has gone down hill. Don?t think I will be back to this location.
