Rock N Roll Sushi - Mobile

I found that 90% of the menu items included shrimp. When I asked if they could substitute any fish for a shellfish allergy, they refused and didn’t offer any alternatives or suggestions—just "no, we can't do that." I've previously been to Rock n Roll Sushi in Gulf Breeze, where they honored my request, but my experience here was incredibly disappointing. The overall customer service was the worst I've encountered in the food industry. I will not be returning to this location.

I usually have great experiences with this restaurant, but tonight was far from satisfactory. My order was completely incorrect—nothing matched what was listed on the board. The tea was watered down and syrupy, and everything arrived cold to the touch. I received an assortment of chopsticks and a collection of items meant for two people. The sushi was jumbled around in a Styrofoam container and looked ruined by the time it got here. To top it off, the order took over an hour to arrive, and the driver got lost, having to call three times from the airport while trying to navigate from the airport to Dauphin Road.

The sushi here is delicious and flavorful. Most of the rolls are cooked rather than raw, and the sections of the rolls have a pointed shape. There are two important things to keep in mind.

I left alone. the server was friendly and accommodating. the winzer-fried rice and thriller roll were served fresh and hot.

Never had a bad experience at rock n roll until I came here! The staff is so rude! They have no knowledge of the menu items and are very unkind! DO NOT DINE AT THIS LOCATION!
