Ruby Tuesday - Mobile

Went today for lunch and got an order to go. I did the chicken sliders with a salad. Salad bar was clean and fresh. Love all the choices it has. Tater tots were excellent! Sliders were good but a bit dry. Very little sauce. Bartender did a great job! The seats at the bar are fixed and very confining.

We came in a night when ruby closed on Tuesday at 10 o'clock. actually came my family at 9:40 clock. but my server treated my family and I as if we came to a normal estime. we also ate a free dessert (cooked cake to be surrounded exactly with whipped cream) as well as free salatable. the total cost of the meal were $10.00 meaningless to say my family ate well and our night ends magnificent.

I thank them for the miracle service and the review of ourselves if it took a while. the mango lemonade and the food were wonderful. my drink was recommended to my waiter. ruby Tuesday prices are decent and they have great deals. thank you, I enjoyed my meal and my service.

Some friends and I went there just before Christmas. I wanted to wait till he got over what happened. So I’m ready to talk about it. Some friends and I always meet at Ruby Tuesday’s before Christmas in December it’s one of the times we get together. We see each other or talk to each other all year long. In past years this place has been fantastic great food, great service, you really couldn’t ask for more. This was our last year there we all decided that. The service wasn’t bad. But a friend of mine she ordered two separate dishes and both of them had hair in them are on the plate. The hair on the plate was wrapped around it and anybody serving it or putting the food on the plate should’ve been able to notice it just pure neglect on their part. The manager came up to apologize. But it took us a while to realize it was the manager the way he was dressed and acted when he came up we thought he was one of the ones who clean the tables he didn’t look like a manager. He did offer to make it right but it was too late. The other three of us we finished our meal. But the entire time I was eating mine I was wondering if I was going to find a hair or something else on my dish or I should say on my food. Usually it past times and Christmas the place is always crowded and stays that way this year the weekend before Christmas that place was nearly empty. I was sorry that everything turned out like it was because we always enjoyed it. But this place has gone down over the past year and we won’t be back.

This was the worst experience! When we first walked in they acted like they didn’t want to greet us. We sat down and nobody came for like 15 minutes. The table beside us stated they hadn’t had their food for a hour. We ordered a tea and our spinach dip came out very cold and lumpy. We got up to leave because of the atmosphere and I asked to pay for my ticket and the girl wanted me to pay for the whole meal ! They need a whole new crew with a whole new attitude !
