I had a very disappointing experience this morning. I've always gone to TGI Fridays in the morning for their meatball dish, but today I was told that they don't serve meatballs after 9:00 AM. Seriously? It felt more like they just didn't want to prepare it. The attitude and work ethic I encountered will definitely keep me from coming back.
This Subway location #40686 offers the freshest cookies and has the friendliest staff!
The food tasted terrible; both my husband and I only managed to take two bites before we had to throw it away, and we felt nauseous afterwards. For $25, it was definitely not worth it! To top it off, the sandwich wasn’t even cut in half, and I didn’t even see where the knives were since he didn’t use one. When I asked for a receipt, he responded, "Oh, we don’t have any paper." I will not be returning to this Subway again! Having worked at Subway before, I was truly upset with the state of this location. I would give it a zero if I could!
I ordered two tuna footlongs online because of the $12.99 deal for two. When I arrived, there were about three people in line, with another customer being served. Unfortunately, there was only one employee working. I was informed that they had run out of tuna and needed to change my order. I have to say that the worker did a great job making my sandwiches and was very clean. However, he seemed overwhelmed and stressed, which is understandable given that he was the only one serving all those customers. This experience led me to give a rating of three stars.
