Wendy's - Mobile

I have a double house, cooked to perfection and the fries. omg hot and crispy. very nice staff

Several Wendy's locations we've visited have been awesome... but this is not one of them. We've attempted to eat here many times and only had enough time to deal with the 30 minute drive thru twice. Both times our order was wrong. I'm not sure if they're constantly short-staffed or if they need more training. Either way, it's bad.

Got a maple butter chicken and bacon croissant. Nothing but the chicken on there. No bacon no butter. Then she tells me they're out of straws and she can't give me a receipt because her paper is jammed. And then had the nerve to get an attitude with me.

If you go around lunch time be prepared to spend your lunch break in the drive thru. Dine in is not available. They are extremely short staffed and the ones that are at work are overworked and their attitudes prove it.

Normally I haven't had any issues with this particular location, but last Friday my coworker and I stopped for lunch. Neither of our burgers were completely cooked. This is why I am giving them a 2 stars.
