Carpe Diem - MODENA

For years I had not ordered the takeaway pizzas, with delivery at home, from Carpe Diem, having had a bad experience cause extreme delays in delivery. Unfortunately, I must say that even today I have confirmed the inability to deliver on time: I chose the 20-20:30 time slot, at 21:10 I am told that it still takes 20 minutes. And nothing, I won't order anymore.

We ordered two takeaway pizzas for the first time in this pizzeria. And we should never have. I don't know if the yellowish material above the pizza was mozzarella or some other discount cheese. It had a sweet taste, no reassuring at all. If it was mozzarella it was poor quality!! Now while I'm writing, we still feel thirsty and dry mouth. Pizza that I strongly disagree.

I arrive at the club and on 4 employees nobody greets, at least they notice me. I order a ham and take away mushrooms, I ask not to cut it, but nothing, in the end they cut it, just to make it rinse again. The thing, however, that most annoyed me was the total lack of education , with kindness open and I rule the door to a gentleman of the staff who had 5-6 maxi pizzas, neither on the way nor on the return he was worthy of a nod!

Good day, as title 1 star is because I wanted to make a gift. I'll explain why last night, I order 1 pizza to get home. Phone, I order pizza and ask for delivery time. I'm told that the pizza will come within 1 hour. I accept and order. It's Saturday night and I think 1 hour for a pizza is normal. I do it short, saying that what is not normal is that I waited 2 hours, the pizza came raw. In the meantime I had re-telephoned to know where my order was, they told me it was in preparation. They promised me I'd get a free beer. I wouldn't have paid her if she came in time. I'll ask you a question. How do I keep ordering pizzas in your pizzeria? I will definitely not recommend your pizzeria to who asks me

I didn't want to put a point, but I think something doesn't work in this pizzeria. Reading the reviews of delays in the delivery of pizzas, I sent them to take personally, the first time, between so much talk and confusion, they made them correct and not at all bad, the second time mine was completely different and not of my liking, my husband reported it and, apologising, they remade it though it was raw and unfailing. Experience has not been positive at all!
