Feedback gevenLiterally the best place I have gone to other places and I keep coming back to here :
Had the SOS, Dream girl, and the tempura roll. All met expectations and considering it was delivered, exceeded them. Id be excited to actually eat at the location to taste it on the spot. Good job guys and thank you.
Smells really good, this place is really clean and decorations make it absolutely stunning look. employees are really polite and patient. they feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door. At night it looks even more beautiful. many thanks. I just wish it were different bags because they ripen easily when they have a lot of food.
They food is good if you order the right thing I guess. I usually get the chicken bento box. I order scallops for $17 I received the smallest bay scallops about 10 of them and fried rice was $5 for a box of grease with some eggs and green onions. I was told that it would be vegetables. The prices don't match the quality. I don't mind paying if it's good but you just lost a customer. Just paid $24 and still hungry rice was unedible.
After eating here several times, I can’t believe I am saying this: I am truly dissatisfied and very disappointed. I love this place and this isn’t the first time I have noticed a red flag, but this time, this red flag was brighter than that of the lady with red hair. I ordered pickup because with the whole pandemic thing I felt uncomfortable eating inside. Not only that, but last time I went to eat inside, the lady with red hair (on the receipt with my order says her name is Annie) Annie begs me for a tip and asks “Didn’t I do a good job?”... Yes you did do a good job Annie until you got impatient with me and that $20 I was going to hand you, went back to my wallet. I wish I were lying. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I hate eating inside now thanks to her. Mind you that when I go, my bills are from $110-$140, so I expect good service just like they expect their money and if not more. Well instead of expecting from the customer, they should expect from themselves. When I got home with my $111.10 pick up order, I got so furious to find out my cheesecake was missing. I get it mistakes happen, but how come when I don’t have 10 cents on me, I am not forgiven? I have to walk to my car to get spare change. So for them not to give me my cheesecake doesn’t sit well with me and on top of it all I had called twice specifically asking if they had this item at hand. They expect the customer to pay and even leave a tip, well how about they decide to prepare orders correctly. I am going to call tomorrow and if this place does not come to an agreement, not only will this restaurant lose a valuable customer but also a whopping monthly $500. In other words, if they can’t give me my cheesecake or my $4 back, they will lose a yearly approximation of $5,500.
