Feedback gevenThe new chicken wings in this taco bell are to taste in a bag without seasonal orange powder on them if they want to try to go to another place prescott they are boiled right and come in a box last 2 pictures because they are amazing when it is done right!
Beans were thin enough to use a straw. Was falling apart when I got my burritos all three of them. Tortillas were soggy, and I don't mind if I ever even 10:00 mild sauces but it was at least a giant handful of about 25 sauces
The drive thru cashier, Alex S was very rude. I asked him to upgrade my drink to a large on the speaker and he poured me a medium. I asked him again really nice at the window to upgrade my drink to a Large, and he says to me you better say please . I asked if he was being serious and he said yeah he was. I told him I know his manager and he said he does too and went back to getting my food. He knew I knew he wasn't allowed to ask that and that he's not allowed to talk that way and his attitude changed after that. This guy told me to leave when he handed me my food. I will let all his management know he's talking to customers like this. He should have never talked to me that way when I was being really nice. I don't think someone working drive thru at taco bell needs to tell me to say please if I ask for something to be upgraded.
I ordered thru the app for 3 items 2 burritos and a chalupa my pick up time was 2:03 pm I didn’t get my food till 3 : 15 pm over an hour for 3 items and when I showed the employee my receipt he just shrugged his shoulders and the drive thru or dine in wasn’t busy there was at max 4 people in drive thru was 5 and there were many people getting there food in the hour I was there . I reported it to taco bell in the app as well. I’m usually way more understanding but come on an hour for 3 items and There was many other people who came later than I did and still got there food in a good about of time .
EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude employees, caitlyn in specific. They had the drive through backed up for a half hour, okay fine it’s Saturday night no biggie I understand but then I received old food that was made incorrectly. Called immediately, they said they’d remake the food if we brought it back with the receipt. Okay cool will do. Obviously the food had bites taken from most items how else would you know it’s nasty if you don’t try it? 80 still there. Simply asked for incorrect items to be remade as promised but instead she took my food, screamed and argued with us, refused to remake it, or give a refund? Don’t go here.
