We discovered this restaurant on our way back from Yosemite, and we were extremely happy with our experience. The sopitas with chili Colorado were delicious, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and the customer service was excellent. The value for the price was unbeatable. We highly recommend checking this place out, just make sure to come hungry!
This small taqueria has been in business for many years and we used to visit whenever we were in the area visiting family. After not going for over a decade, I wasn't sure if it was still open, but to my surprise, it was still serving delicious food at a great price. I always order the chiles rellenos (which can be hard to find on the East Coast) and here they give you two huge ones. This time, my husband tried a bean and cheese burrito and really enjoyed it. There is also a Mexican pastry shop in the same building, connected to the taqueria. The pastry shop's sign is more noticeable than El Rincon's, and a steakhouse sign seems to grab most of the attention in the small strip mall. But don't miss out on El Rincon!
