Nice shop with a large selection of healthier food and excellent coffee. The dessert menu is also very nice. We visit here quite often. BUT recently, I have noticed a decreasing quality of baked goods and desserts, as well as such small cheats . For example today, we bought two pistachio tartlets to take home. You could see chocolate on the surface and 3 pistachios on it. We assumed from the name that the tartlets would contain pistachio cream, or at least chopped pistachios... nothing in the tartlets was just chocolate, no cream, pieces of nuts, fruit... just dough with chocolate in it and 3 nuts on top. Which is such a scam to the customer, there should be a lot more of those pistachios. Chocolate is probably a cheaper raw material than pistachios... and at the same time, a pistachio tartlet can probably be priced higher than a chocolate one. Big disappointment

The pastry area could use some improvement. Once I sent my daughter to buy rolls and buns after 6 pm, and at home we found out that we could just kill someone with it, as hard as it was and it was at full price. Yesterday I unpacked the packaged rye bread that I bought on Thursday, and it is so broken that it is almost impossible to spread it with something....

They have to give a negative rating here because about some time ago me and my friend ordered coffees. The coffee was completely burnt, it could not be held in the hand, it was prepared by a long-haired lady. When I came to return it, the gentleman was at the cash desk, the lady didn't even come to apologize, she acted like she didn't see it. The gentleman didn't apologize either. He refunded my money and told me that they lack coffee training. I hereby appeal to senior management to train their customers and not be afraid to invest. Because then they only give the company a bad name .

I ordered products from the store with gift wrapping (for an additional fee) with an order for a certain collection time. When I came to the store, it was discovered that someone had checked the order from the e-shop, but that was the end of it. So they only started preparing the basket when I arrived. It took about 25 minutes and the result was appalling. At the bottom, a piece of the box was badly cut, and when I took the package in my hand, everything started to move. It couldn't survive the trip at all... But at home I found out that the work with the scissors was so precise that they had to fix the cut cellophane with adhesive tape. So I unpacked the whole package and repackaged it myself. It's really worth getting a package wrapped and paying for it!
