Beautiful cozy place. good quality eat. not a huge menu, but it doesn't have to be. I had the very delicious garlic bread, followed by the cadry were both delicious.

New ownership and a slight change of direction has left this restaurant struggling to deliver. With a busy bar, a dedicated bar staff is needed to allow the restaurant serving staff to concentrate on their tables. There was a lack of control on which table had ordered which meals (quite an important thing for a restaurant with serving staff, and the owner, walking round asking people what they had ordered and if they had had it yet. Our table of received meals (one of which was a medium steak that was so over done that it was brown and dry). The last two of our table only got our food after the rest of our party had finished I hope that they sort this out as most of the food is fairly good (apart from the fish and chips which is waaaaaay over priced for a bit of frozen fish
