Restaurang Stensjoen Ab - Moelndal

After a Saturday bike ride, we stopped by this restaurant and sat in the sun, overlooking the lake while enjoying a cold beer and some food. We each ordered a pasta dish from the diverse menu. There were plenty of options to choose from! The dishes were very flavorful, came in large portions, and were satisfying. It was like comfort food, but with a touch of sophistication. The pasta was topped with arugula and served with extra grated cheese on the side, presented nicely. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. Despite the restaurant's appearance resembling a shack, don't let that fool you!

I have enjoyed lunch with friends at this restaurant overlooking Lake Stensjön several times. I would recommend the delicious pizzas or the fresh fish of the day. I would give the pizzas a grade of 4 and the fish a 3.75. They also offer tasty salads if you prefer. The avocado and shrimp salad was particularly good. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 4 out of 5, factoring in the stunning lake view, friendly staff, and excellent service.

The staff is friendly and the pizza is tasty and affordable. Plus, there is free parking and a lovely view of the lake.

The lookout is beautiful, but eating is quite pale. I was there a few times, so it wasn't just a bad day for the cook.
