Since we spent 2 nights in the Baumhaushotel Wipfelluck, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday evening in Mönchberg. Since the selection of these days was very manageable in relation to open restaurants in Mönchberg, we arrived here. The first visit on Tuesday we have, as allowed to sit the weather on both days in the covered area of the cozy beer garden under countless grapes) was very good. The boss was very friendly and the service, although we were the only guests in the beer garden, was completely fine. The pizza was very delicious. On the second day, unfortunately, we had another picture. Even after we have often said that we were sitting outside and had already ordered drinks, it took a long time for someone to come. This time the son came into a teenager age and put us very sweet drinks. The order of food also worked only after my husband had abandoned it in the restaurant. The food, this time we ordered two of the carvings, was again very tasty and rich. Especially the added salad was really good. Then the boss came out and apologized that the service was bad. A lot of air is still possible in the service. The food is delicious and the portions rich, so the value for money is good. But I personally find good, consistent service important.
