It's been 4 months ago, but the evaluation must finally come here: Thank you very much Willi for these 30 masterful Kebbensteaks. They came over at the birthday party just as much as the whole years before, where we always ate with you at the Kirmes in Düsseldorf. Keep going, absolute top quality!
We had kebben for my 18th birthday as a food truck and it went perfectly. The food was great and everyone liked it. I can only recommend Kebben for such an event.
Unfortunately, only 1 star worth .. since there is the sausage as a mass goods in several supermarkets, the taste has remained somewhat on the track .. as father KEBBEN was still there was the sausage master class .... Well, if you don't get the neck full enough, keep the quality.. Shade Edit I have the impression that the sausages were more aromatic in front of corona.. With the neck not getting full is perhaps somewhat drastically expressed ..well and I have the impression that the presence on folk festivals becomes less ..and the number of dealers rises ..so the sausage somehow loses exclusivity...
As an exceptional fan of the original Kebben Kirmeswurst (usually always in the bun with mustard), yesterday on the Rhine meadows of Düsseldorf I tried the much-praised Kebben Schaschlik with pommes for the first time. And I have to say he was really delicious! Not too soft or pulverized to fibres, but hearty in bite and very lean pork, which I found surprisingly and very great. Also the sauce and the delicious onions were great. To the Pommes: They were not quite as cheerful on the first bite as I love them, but they were deliciously fried and really plentiful and were eaten up to the last frit. What I found especially great was the mayonnaise included in the price, which could be done out of the donor himself. At the latest here, the portion becomes absolutely competitive at the price of other snacks on the Kirmes. The whole dish was very tasty and absolutely more than just a snack!
