I spoke with the chef, who assured me that he does not use flour in his kitchen. For the preparation of bread is used exclusively teff dwarf millet. This is gluten-free! It was very tasty and no problems occurred afterwards.

All of their main meals are gluten free. Ethiopian bread, which is central to the food, is made from teff flour, which is gluten free. Some of their desserts have gluten though. Excellent meal, and don't miss the Ethiopian coffee at the end!
