We stayed on 4 Saturday at lunch in this beautiful family run discovery. Very intimate and authentic farm above Moiola in Valle Stura. As soon as we arrived in this genuine environment all in wood surrounded by nature between donkeys and birds, with breathtaking views of the valley, we immediately relaxed enjoying the moment. Very rich aperitif with view: meats, sliced, patè, anchovies, vegetables, pizza mountain, smoked pork.. the embarrassment of choice accompanied by wines, sangria, pastis, non-alcoholic: all tastes satisfied. Once we were accommodated, we served the 3 appetizers (mixed plate with whipped calf, moiolana Russian salad and focaccia, peppers with wetcauda and speck and brie caramel, then the 2 first (agnolotti with ragù and tajarin with mushrooms and the 2 seconds (an oven lamb with potatoes and pork ribs with spinach). Everything strictly done in the house, true, without too many frills that immediately affects the heart. Dulcis in fundo mix of local cheeses with bis of sweets, coffee and digestive (a bitter cherry and unforgettable herbs. In short, if you want to escape from the frenzy of modern life and from the summer heat enjoying a great meal, simple and plentiful, pampered by the kindness of the staff among the Cuneo mountains, the Asineria dei Colli is the right location. (Possibility to do extra contour activity: horse trip, rafting in the Stura.. Surely we'll see you again. Bravo
Nice place, on top of the moiola hill, family atmosphere, home cooking, plentiful if required, good initial buffet, friendly and friendly staff, place to return for sure
Good level farm: nice aperitif before each meal, both for lunch and dinner. Owner and staff very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, not all courses are of the same level and are a little long in service. Being a very young team, I am convinced that over time they can express themselves at higher levels. Good tajarin. Mark the pork chops with spinach: tender and tasty meat and polenta with caoda wet. A little bit of sweets. Overall dinner at 33 euro wines included has an excellent value for money.
Great food, friendly local and friendly owner and helpful. Good price/quality ratio. Only flaw (if possible to call it so the menu is unique with many courses and for those who eat less there is no possibility to have an intermediate menu or choose a card. There is a children's menu that can not be chosen by adults. Absolutely recommended
