Le Bellevue - Moissac-Bellevue

Moissac Bellevue is a pretty town, perched high above vineyards. Their restaurant, Le Bellevue. a bistro de pays, has lovely views if you sit outdoors and, unexpectedly, great hamburgers. One doesn’t generally look for hamburgers in Provence, but these are very good, both juicy and flavorful.

The restaurant only reopened with new proprietors in February 2022 and is run by a young friendly couple. The lunch menu is amazing value for 3 courses and offers food of high quality well cooked and well presented. It offers great views over the surrounding countryside.

A very poor lunch . The restaurant has a very limited menu with dishes that require little skill such as Burger , Steak and Dorade filet . On the day we were there a third of the menu was unavailable and it would have been advisable to leave as everything we wanted was unavailable but there is nothing else in the village . I will not return ,it was not expensive but not worth eating .

Lovely look out point and place to take a photo. There’s a little bar nearby that sell Belgium beer. Pretty, but only come here if you’re passing through.

Accueil charmant et plats savoureux (aïoli, poisson du jour, andouillette, burger). Le tout à un prix raisonnable. Testé un midi, rien à dire sur l'attente.
