The best Chinese restaurant in Mold! They prepare gluten-free food separately, including salt and pepper chicken strips and salt and pepper chips. Their lemon chicken is also gluten-free, and they have their own gluten-free soy sauce, among other items. If you have any questions about the ingredients, Carmen is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about what’s in the dishes. I’ve visited multiple times and have never had any issues. I highly recommend it!
