Leatherhead Grill - Mole Valley

Have ordered from this place on various occasions some of which were okay others that have taken over 1.5hr to be delivered which I understand at busy times. However on this occasion I ordered at 5.30 for a scheduled delivery between 7 and 7.45. At 7.45 I called and asked for update and was told that i had ordered for a scheduled time and it would be delivered it was on the grill cooking. I said that I had ordered for delivery between 7 and 7.45 and the guy rudely answered back that he couldn't pinpoint the time and it was being cooked and would be there soon. Waited till 8.25 and decided that was long enough and called to cancel the delivery. I was told the driver was outside, which he was not, and that I couldn't cancel the order. I said it was too late and I had requested a delivery time to which he replied with he can't have a special driver just for me and that the roads were icy. Now I completely understand the strains business's are going through at the moment but if they can't deliver on a service then don't offer it. Or at the very least maybe just apologise for the delay in the first place and don't try to make the customer feel stupid. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them again and he told us not to call again, not that he needed to say that.

Ordered kebabs for family. They come freezing cold with a hair in when we called the place I explained the situation they laughed and refused to give a refund or replacement.rude service and disgusting food !

I highly recommend the takeout from Leatherhead Grill. My favorite are the kebab wraps, which are filled generously. The burgers are also delicious and come in a good size with your choice of salad and sauce. The delivery staff are always polite and friendly. The customer service from the restaurant is also excellent if you call in. I will not be going anywhere else for my burger or kebab fix.

We often order from this restaurant (we live in Fetcham) and plan to continue to do so. The food is delicious and the delivery is always fast!

This restaurant serves delicious food, but they use polystyrene packaging which is harmful to the environment. I will not be returning until they switch to more eco-friendly alternatives.
